Bliptastrophe

It had to happen sooner or later. I had a meeting in livingston this morning and had to be on the bus early. I decided not to take my camera out with me for the first time since I started my blip.

Anyway, I was hafway between my house and the bus stop when some movement in the sky caught my eye. At first glance I thought it was a gull with something hanging from it's feet. It was only when I gave it a proper look that I realised it was a heron or something similar with long legs and a long beak. It flew lazily right over my head, almost in slow motion. It would have made a great blip for the day andI've been cursing myself for not having my camera with me ever since.

Aside from that Ninety five days in and I'm still loving having somewhere to put my photos other than these hangers. We have several of them up in our house. (the entire bathroom wall was covered in them in our last house. And yes, the wall really is that horrible colour, but it's the spare room and we never bothered decorating it before we moved in and haven't seemd to get round to it yet.

By the way, the eagle eyed amongst you may spot our blip host in there.
