Day off

My daughter was off school today so I had to take the day off work and stay at home with her. By the end of the day, I reckon she was well enough to go to school. By early evening, she'd decided that she was well enough to attend the kayaking Christmas party!
School for her tomorrow.
Here she is in my bed doing her homework (with Capital fm on the radio). I should have realised at this point that she was well enough to go to school. (Nice to see that my old O level maths book is put to good use).
I've just got home from a night out with friends at the local curry house. I do love a curry but always regret it afterwards. I feel well and truly stuffed.
