Mirrors (smoke to follow)

Today I had the privilege of seeing the paper that was going up to the executive. The divisions were reporting their RAG status (that's red amber and green to those of you unfamiliar with the complexities of modern corporate governance). Ha, you could see the ambitious charlatans below executive level struggling to write something at once meaningful and arse-covering in the small slots allotted to them (Executives are busy people!). 'Plans being redrafted'; 'Review underway'. My favourite however was, 'Milestones being re-levelled'.
Meanwhile, down below these elevated levels, all is less than clear. No change there. As Winston did say, KBO! (that's keep buggering on)
