Chaos

What a nightmare of a day weather wise. I dropped Kerr off at mum and dad's around 8am and drove to work. I was doing a clinic at a Health Centre about 6 miles away. I arrived at my destination before 9am and there was no snow at all.

This was the scene about 2 hours later, and it only got worse! The car park here is on a hill, and I needed to reverse my car up a hill to get out of the parking space. No chance of that working, so I abandoned it and walked a mile to my office.

To cut a long story short, I ended up getting a train back to mum's house and staying overnight with them. I'm so glad I made the decision to leave the car at the Health Centre - many people were stuck in Motherwell for over 7 hours, not moving at all!
