Raasay

A view of The Isle of Raasay seen over the trees surrounding Portree Cemetry and through the entrance to Loch Portree. Also in the middle distance is Sgeir Mhor (The Black Rock). At the time we had a few flurries of snow but then the sky cleared again.

You will see that I have enhanced the foreground since the trees had become very dark in the photograph. That is what has caused the fringing behind some of the trees.

It was an enjoyable walk again but very cold today. I was glad to arrive back home.
