Cloudless days ...

Lovely summer days and weather we are having at 26 degrees.
Not too hot, not too cool.

Across the mountains from us, just 60kms away, the town of Oudsthoorn is basking in temperatures of 39 degrees ....

This palm is shedding its sour dates much to the delight of Deedle the Great Dane. He loves munching on these and gets slightly intoxicated when the dates start to ferment.

As for the pips, well, my husband takes care of that aspect.
