Deck hockey
It's a tradition for the RN Section of the Combined Cadet Force to play deck hockey on the last parade of this term. The game was developed on the flight decks of warships - there are few rules, and it's played with a flat puck. My friend Alex Hunt used the D&T bandsaw to cut some slices off a more or less cylindrical hardwood log. These pucks last much longer than ones made from a shoe polish tin wrapped in bodge tape.
Red team won.
