Sombrero or Roomaali (Indian bread)

A Chef is expected to wear a Chef's Cap, but here seems to be a mexican sombrero (an emerging alter ego perhaps)


The Chef was flipping a roomali roti (thin Indian bread) which on its way down is wrapped around his wrist, got a couple of photos with the bread in the air as well (akin to a pizza base being tossed over head), but thought this was the most interesting....
