eating out is no longer about what place has the best tasting food. the criteria is now:
1. what place is loud enough to drown out my kids
2. what place is fast (with the food and the check)
3. what place won't mind a table (or floor) of crumbs
4. what place has a quick beer for me

if it's not crowded, 'Por Que No?' is perfect
