A satisfied tax payer

This morning I was very satisfied to pay communal taxes and what can be achieved with that money. Last weekend it snowed 20 cm in Helsinki. Yesterday evening there was terribly much snow everywhere. However, 10 hours later this morning I could bike 8 km to work and had to walk with the bike only about one kilometer.
