Yay! Rain!!

After the unseasonally warm, dry temperatures it's been nice today to have a little rain and rather cooler temperatures. The bummer part however, is that we had a large number of students from school out on their bikes for some off site activites and they got drenched on their ride back to school :(

Tomorrow we have all our Year 9's down on Rabbit Island for a day of excersice, community contribution and fun. Hope it doesn't rain tomorrow then or we'll have a lot of last minute re-planning to do!

This little raindrop and his mates caught my eye today - long time, no see buddy! Thanks for dropping by and giving some hope to my poor, browning garden as well as the school plants and fields.

Ooh - almost forgot to mention - I bought a new 'toy' today - a wee flip video which I'm hoping will be a cool tool to use at school :) Will have to blip it when it arrives
