When a child is born

A ray of hope flickers in the sky
A tiny star lights up way up high
All across the land dawns a brand new morn
This comes to pass when a child is born

This is my Great niece Isabella (Izzy) who is now 8 weeks old ... some of you might be aware from an earlier Blip that she was born 7 weeks premature and should in fact only be a week old now!

Despite being in Intensive care for a couple weeks, she is now home with her big sister Aaliyah and mummy and daddy. She now weighs 6 lbs and is doing so well she has just been discharged from the special care baby unit ... Mummy and daddy are finding out that Isabella's lungs are working just fine ... especially during the night ;-)
