Minus 12 degrees

It was cold here this morning, went for a quick walk and when we got back we had icicles hanging from our hair. Camera lens frosted up as well, my little dog was holding one foot off the ground trying to keep warm. I had to tuck her in my coat to keep her warm. Now back home and the sun is shining but still very very cold.
