Lavender

This scrawny lavender catches my eyes and my nostrils each time I walk out of the door.

I love how it looks against the green step.

An okay day today. Hot and then rain and not so hot. Quite pleasant now. The rain has passed and the garden is breathing a sigh of relief to have a little respite from the recent heat.

Colours popping out all over the place and that wonderfully fresh scent that summer rain leaves behind.

I've got Mass tonight and then an early night, hopefully.
