Polar Express

Third year now for a visit to see Santa on the Polar Express from Bo'ness.

Only this year their was a little too much emphasis on the Polar! The roads on the way down were mostly clear, although there were a few nervy moments when the two lanes of dual carriageway gradually narrowed to only one, with huge banks of snow either side.

But we made it just in time.

I didn't see the man himself, but Cambo was delighted to see him again and to let him know that he has been such a good boy. Wee Ben was there too and got his first ever Christmas present.

I took the opportunity to call in and see Scott (who lives nearby). He was supposed to be up at mine this weekend but the weather on Friday put paid to that. Seems another week off school/football/anything really* has given him some more time to recover from this virus thing that he's been fighting for a few months now.
