Tea
Since coming back from China, I've turned into a bit of a tea snob. Although I have been known to have the odd cup of Earl Grey (or even PG!) in the last few months, most of my tea is now green.
I developed a taste for Ginseng Oolong tea, but it's a nightmare to get hold of in the UK, so I thought I'd give something else a go. On my trip to London in October I stumbled across Fortnum & Mason, their tea display was a bit like an Aladdin's cave. After about 20 minutes perusing the display & taking on lots of information from the sales assistant I purchased some Formosa Puchong Oolong tea & Teguanyin Oolong.
This is the ball of leaves that is formed after several brewings of Formosa Puchong in my little tea ball. I've balanced it in a cup I bought in Hong Kong that usually acts as a rest for the tea ball.
