Cookfest...now that we have a kitchen where more than one of us can be there at the same
time - and we have a decent cooker - and we have a dishwasher..

Roasted my second ever chicken. Cb1 made an Xmas cake. Cb2 made apple crumble
- a born genius at rubbing fat into flour.

J turned up for lunch 2 1/2 hours late and minus one kid. Once I'd forgiven her, we had a chilled out time.
