Cosy...

The snow in our street still needs clearing, the road out of the estate has pretty much been uncleared. Even if you got out the street, you would have to suffer the single lane out of the estate as cars are all parked on the otherside of the road. I'm guessing its because the carparks are inaccessable?

As I blipped about yesterday... who clears our street? Its a new build area... council seems to think they don't have control of it. The builders state they have no legal requirement to clear the street. J asks today, why are we paying council tax? I don't know if the council tax includes maintenance of the street you live in?
