Flower of the Holy Night....

Also known as the Flame Leaf", the Christmas poinsettia has wonderful red star-shaped flowers. The popularity of this legendary flower dates back to 16th century, which is believed to have occurred in Mexico, yawn....

Enough already. Spent the morning digging my parents out of their home, then took my wee mum Christmas shopping. That done and home, my back in spasm, had to lie on the floor with heat on it til it clicked back in. Aawwooohh!

We were going to put our deccies up but too sore and too tired, maybe tomorrow.
