The S... word again.

Much warmer outside today but I can't say the same for indoors.

I never realised yesterday, when I was in Edinburgh and climbing one of it's steep hills up to the Tron and fell/slipped flat on my face, that I had hurt my shoulder and arm so much. I realise it today though and it's a bit of a bummer trying to rub arnica into my shoulder and back when I clearly can't reach there. (I'm not saying that to try and raise the number of comments by the way).

If the weather stays on the thawing side of the barometer then Donald and I will go into Glasgow tomorrow to see Luke who we haven't seen for quite some time now.
I look forward to that.
