Winter Visitor

I found a brace of hen Pheasant in my garden this morning. This is one of them - she's a beauty.

They are visiting my ground feeding spot as I suspect they are finding it a bit hard finding anything in their usual haunts under a foot of snow.

I was expecting Redwings & Fieldfares, however, not Pheasant. That's a first for me.
