Red Tapism ...

is in every organization of this country. I thought a private organization did not suffer from it, but I was wrong. Yesterday, I had the chance to see this concept in action in front of my eyes but was powerless and could do nothing to prevent what was going on.

Sad state of affairs indeed :(

P.S. This image was taken in the morning while I was taking an examination. I normally take the mobile/cell phones from the students before they sit for their exam and give it back to them when they leave.
