Frosty is Melting

Except for Frosty melting, it has been an uneventful day--and we're not complaining. Frosty is not doing so well here in southern California, so he is requesting snow.

Even though the temperature has felt cold here the past several days, I'm guessing lots of other places in the Northern Hemisphere would trade their cold for ours.

The TV news this evening displayed a satellite photo of the UK; it looks like the entire place is covered with snow. Frosty would do much better there than he's doing here.

The weekend has arrived--hooray. Some fun seasonal events are on our agenda. Tomorrow is an annual holiday luncheon at an elegant restaurant in Orange County. We're looking forward to attending. We missed this last year because we were in Texas for a wedding.

The Texas wedding of Jessica & Billy is a grand memory, but it seems like "all of a sudden" their first anniversary has arrived!
