More wintery stuff

It's coold outside, and it's also Ed's birthday so I got a bottle of wine to celebrate it with him. As it happens he had arranged to go out with his friends tonight and didn't have time to stay and share the wine so Flick and I had to drink it ourselves.

The mince pies have now all gone and we got a good way in to the Quality Street.
The Xmas pudding and Christmas cake are starting to look very tempting and may not make it through the weekend. I certainly approve of being organised and getting the Christmas provisions in early instead of waiting until it's too late.
