His 'n' hers

Two little pairs of slippers waiting to heat up little toes again tomorrow. Both the same make and size, just different colours :-)

Lucy our wee lodger is still here. Unfortunately Abigail is still in hospital and her birthday party which was all planned for tomorrow has had to be cancelled. It will hopefully be rearranged soon though.

Fudge came back home today briefly with dad, and then decided our house was still too noisy and chaotic for him, so went back to Gran and Grandpa's for an extra night!

Kerrsdaddy had a hospital appointment today for his shoulder. He has now had the titanium plate in situ for 6 months and is ready for it to be removed. The surgeon wants to remove it next Friday. Great - that's my work Christmas night out and stop over in a nice hotel which is all paid for. Would it be really bad to go out partying overnight while husband is in hospital recovering from surgery and baby is sent to someone else for the night? I'm thinking it probably is quite bad, and hoping the surgery can be rearranged for the following week - fingers crossed!
