#2 Travel chaos that has Scotrail cancelling all trains, advising travellers to make their own arrangements (duly done - I'm owner of a rare Citylink ticket north today) then finding out the train I was booked on had actually been sent - just 10 mins before I found out!!.
To cap it all when I spoke to Scotrail HQ to see if there was any opportunity for a later train they didn't even know it had left!!
