Walking in a winter wonderland

I went for a walk - not far I promise - to make sure that the snow extended beyond the bend in the lane; I'd hate to think that I was sitting at home while the rest of the world enjoyed a balmy spring day. It's not snowed today but we had everyone's share yesterday so we won't mind having a day without new stuff. This shot is looking back towards the house with the orchard to the right and the barn on the left - the barn I've blipped a few times in the past. This is the shot you nearly got and this one is taken from next to the fence in the foreground of this shot. Try this one in large.

Our office was open briefly today but those who had to drive were advised against going - there is a foot of snow on the car park and no prospect of it being shifted. It seems that Monday would also be a problem unless there is a great thaw over the weekend. That won't affect me as I'm working locally on Monday.
