...fluid convection...

There's something I love about this mug...It was a holiday gift a few years ago from a co-worker. We did secret santa exchange at a coffee house I volunteered at, and my gift was a bright red mug, w/ a giant candy cane stick in it. So, this has been my mug of choice for the past almost two/three years...

I never stir the milk into my coffee...I always enjoy watching the convection between the coffee and milk as they slowly mix. It's the geek in me...lol. I loved heat and mass transfer in college, part of the study is the free convection of fluids...good times...
