Salt

Sea bass cooked in a salt crust. Part of the bounty from Costco yesterday, 3 sea bass for £2.61. It was fairly hard getting the salt mind you as there were great empty spaces where previously most of the cheap salt had been. Fish was beautifully tender and tasty but very fiddly to get off the bone.

Started playing Wet again tonight on the Xbox, forgot how much fun t was, though I am having difficult getting to grips with the controls again.
