Nope, not an astronomy image...

This is a close-up photo of a bubble from a children's bubble kit using a Canon 100mm f/2.8L macro lens with a 36mm extension tube.

I was able to create the sunburst effect by using a small aperture of f/22 at 1/8 sec (ISO 1000).

The primary challenge was to work quickly before the bubble burst which, in a warm room, was after about 15 seconds. I'll try again using a hardier bubble solution and some extra gobos to block out room reflections.
