Chaffinch city

Chaffinches everywhere. All the small birds are Chaffinches. I've counted up to 40 on the ground with probably as many in the tree. I remember reading somewhere that for every one you count there could be up to 8 others who visit on other occasions. Not sure how true it is, but 80 x 8 is a lot of Chaffinches - and cost a fortune to feed!
