Scottish tablet

Typifying (some might say) a not so good side of Scottish cuisine, Scottish Tablet is in another class! Butter, sugar and condensed milk slowly boiled and stirred for an hour and left to set in a tray - magnificent! All credit to my wife who tended sick children, worked, made a Christmas cake and tablet whilst I went to the office for 2 hours, which turned into 8 !

Still got a stinking cold, had a really mixed day at work. We won a new client with a huge order we had worked hard on for 6 months, and lost another we had also worked hard on for 9 months.

Tomorrow we launch another client with a new online business so we are very excited.

Hopefully get a half decent sleep tonight
