Cooking up a treat...

After a day of chores, cleaning the house from top to bottom and a walk in to town this afternoon for supplies... this evening I made a banana and walnut loaf! R came down from his office to oversea the proceedings and do a bit of mixing and then tasting!

Not bad for a first attempt!

Quiet day today I think because of the weather or people are keeping themselves well just in case they have a snow day and schools are closed ;-)
