Disney Snow in London

There are always loads of people biking in London, and, with that, the sidewalks fill up with bikes locked to lamp posts, railings, cross walk signals, and pretty much anything that can't be moved. Seldom do I see a bike locked to another bike, something you would assume is only done in a hurry or because of frequent use. I do not think this was the case here. The Disney Princess bike that dangles from the bike locked to the railing next to it is probably not frequently used on snowy days in London. Nevertheless it hangs there waiting to be brushed off, so the Princesses can be seen next time.
