This is my friend Ian, who I've blipped before. I'm sure he won't mind me saying on here, but when I met him a couple of years ago he was 6 stone heavier! He's done such an brilliant job losing weight, he looks great and his life seems to have been totally transformed. So much so that he's running the London marathon next year!

Mental, but amazing. Nice one Ian :)
