The Team

Today was a bit of a funny mixture of a day to be honest. I had no lectures this morning but still managed to wake up at 8.30 and not be able to get back to sleep! So I got up and did some work, or tried... Ended up just getting very restless so in the afternoon Lucy (another physio) and I went for a bracing revision walk in the park, 45 minutes of bitter wind, muscle attachments and nerve supplies! More productive than if I had stayed in though.
Then I went to Nick?s house and we had revive team time ? games, wine, thai green curry cooked by Nick... fun times! And here they all are...
