The Greatest - Great Tit

If I were to have a favourite out of the tit family, it would be the great tit! Such beautiful colours & markings. Another original woodland bird which has now made peoples gardens its home - as long as you put lots of nuts & sunflower hearts out!

I remember reading somewhere that great tits make over 50 different sounds & I must say I've heard many of them, some for the first time this Spring which had me baffled, the bird calling was hidden in tree tops & the call unfamiliar, then it flew out & revealed itself - a great tit! (I felt like a great 'tit' thinking it was some exotic bird haha)
