What a difference a day makes

Sorry for the similarity to yesterday's blip, but this is the scene I awoke to at about twenty past six this morning. As soon as I saw it I was fairly certain that the college wouldn't be open. Sure enough half an hour later it was officially announced that we were closed.

Not that it would technically have mattered if the college had been open because there was absolutely no public transport making it to Queensferry. The trains were off, the number 43 bus was off and even the bridge was closed.

It's been announced that the college will be closed tomorrow as well with the situation monitored for Friday.
