He doesn't want to go out - or rather he does but it's too cold to stay out for more than a few seconds and the windowsill is icy so he might fall off like the other one did.

You have to feel sorry for them as we had at least 6 inches overnight on top of what was left from the previous day and it comes up to their bellies. So today is another good day to sit in and chitter at the birds on the bird feeder down the garden.
