It's a whopper!

Ok, probably not the most rivetting of photos but blip fodder was in short supply today so it's a veg story or nothing! This beast of a swede arrived in my box of organic veg this morning, it's HUGE! I lobbed my car keys in to try and illustrate how big it really is. I've never seen a swede this big, it's certainly a whopper! So... any good swede recipes anyone? lol
