just in case you`re not sure

Still got a chesty cough so I went to Boots to get a bottle of their own brand cough mixture.
I normally just unscrew the cap and take as directed but this bit of text caught my eye and I nearly choked.......what else do I do with it....rub it on my chest!!!!!
