Wot u lookin' at?

The deer or often out on the backyard at lunchtime if its dark or raining. Today was both.

Not too bad an effort given the lighting. I took it with iso and shutter speed not where I wanted them but I knew if I stopped to change them then there would be no shot at all. I was right too, before I could even take another with those settings they had all looked away or moved a bit and the moment was lost. They are not most willing of photographic subjects.

I'll keep trying but I think my best chance between now and summer will be when we have the snow on the ground for a week or two. Better light when the are out in the day then.
