Silbury Hill, Wiltshire

Had a great walk today from Avebury with the boy. Not the best conditions or visibility but enjoyable nevertheless.

Visited the West Kennet Long Barrow, a Chambered Tomb built Pre Coronation Street (approx 5000 yrs ago) and skrited Silbury Hill. Finished with a grand cup of tea and a butty in the Red Lion. Sat next to some weirdos who went off to do a bit of 'Stone Hugging' every credit i say with the temperature below zero. Even more impressive if they got their kit off and danced round the stones.
