Oh no he isn't!

The dog shat in the house before we got home. She ain't done that since she was a pup 9 years ago. She's getting old.

"It was just an accident, Dad"

"Oh aye - is that what she told you?"

"Don't be silly, Dad, Cleo can't talk"

"When's Christmas? Is it tomorrow?"

"No, not tomorrow"

"There's lots of tomorrows isn't there, Dad?"

"We're going to the King's Theatre tonight, wee man"

"Will the King be there?"

"No. There isn't one. We've got a Queen just now"

"Why isn't there a King?"

"Ehh, cos we've got a Queen?"

So off to the King's to see some friends in Goldilocks. This is our next door neighbour, James, (who was the niceboy love-interest) welcoming onstage.....Jill, who's normally a glamourous dancer in these shows but played Mother Bear for 80% of the show........in a boiling hot bear suit. Poor thing.

Great show and different than past years as they have a small circus going on throughout. Allan Stewart is still the best Dame in town and runs the show as usual but Andy "I'm no well" Gray was missed bigtime. He signed off last year at the King's panto after 24 years!
