A rose between thorns

I took quite a few pictures to day but as I am a fan of yellow roses they will win all the time. This single bud is on the little rose that my dad gave me when we last visited him and my mum he told me after a while i could put it out side but as i live on first floor flat it will have to be a bigger pot . To day is still cold it was -0.5 this afternoon when we went to get Keith's snowboard I am sure he forgot we were out there in the car as it seemed hours.We are back in doors now nice and warm and waiting for the sausage cass that has been doing all day in the slow cooker so can not wait for that mmmm nice
