I dig snow...

here's my dad, myself and betty digging the driveway to get the cars in and out of shieldon. the snow is getting pretty deep here in the shire and the whole place looks amazing - its like flipping narnia! I love the snow, always have, but people go a bit mental when it snows...they get panicky, the news goes completely over the top, drivers go ape trying to get to work through 6 foot drifts and the gritters come out after the snowfall. It's almost like this is an unusual thing for scotland...

I enjoyed the digging, it was hard work but good fun. bring on the snow I say.
