What is it with Scotrail that they can cancel Edinburgh/Glasgow trains without a reason...wasted money!

And why is it that this country cannot cope with wintery weather. We are told there are good supplies of salt for the roads but I have yet to see any being spread on the roads I use. Tomorrow I am trekking back to Glasgow on the 7:30am train but not if I can't get to the station.
