Cold snap

Looks like it is going to be colder than last year. We went for a walk through the woods today. Absolutley beautiful, however it is very cold and the snow on the road is compacted and icing over, making it quite difficult to walk on.

I also discovered that this cold weather is playing havoc with the stitches in my mouth and some of the teeth alongside the wound are now sore. :-(

Driving up to Dublin later tonight, I do not fancy driving up to work at seven in the morning considering the temperature is to drop to -10. It will be a very slow and scary journey as the local roads are like an ice rink.
