Change of plan

The plan this morning was to get up and take the kids from Maddy's party down to Leith Water world. When we got up and saw the snow though we decided we had to scrap the swimming and get back to Queensferry while it was still manageable.

I had time to get a quick shot in town but we got home just in the nick of time. Roz and I dropped everything off at the house then decided to go up to Teco and stock up just in case. It took us over half an hour to manage a 2 minute drive as it was murder trying to get up the hills in Queensferry.

Not sure what the situation will be with the busses in the morning, they were certainly cancelled today as the slip road to Dalmeny was shut and the loan and the hill up the Bo'ness Road were both treacherous.

At east these tourists seem to be enjoying the snow. Actually if I'm honest I enjoy the snow too but getting to work tomorrow could prove to be a bit of a pain.
