Flippin 'eck, it's cold!

I know this complaint of cool weather will not impress a certain resident of Canada, but from my perspective: Yoiks, it's cold!

This is the view from Prebends Bridge.

The compacted snow has frozen and made the pavements very slippery, so if I walk into work again tomorrow, I am going to need to allow a bit more time.
I am kind of hoping for a good extra layer of snow overnight so I can indulge myself in another early morning walk, (grab a blip) and arrive with a rosy glow of heroism.

Naomi has made it back to Durham after her weekend away. She may be a little disappointed not to have been snowed in away from home, but she has had a brilliant weekend. This is what she woke up to today.
